QUT Impact Cultural Experience – Stradbroke Island

QUT Impact will host a Cultural experience trip to North Stradbroke Island.
This event is an overnight experience on North Stradbroke island focused on increasing cultural awareness and understanding of first nations peoples.
Students will participate in a range of cultural experiences led by the local Elders and First nations people ( the Quandamooka people) of Minjerribah ( North Stradbroke Island).
Students will travel together as a group to and from the island.
Students will stay together as a group in Stradbroke Island Accommodation.
Open to all currently enrolled QUT students
Cost includes:
- 1 night Accommodation With group.
- transport with group to and from Stradbroke.
- Meals
- Scheduled Cultural activities.
All attendees will be sent a detailed form to complete and information package prior to the trip, a Zoom call for Q and A prior to the trip will also be held prior to the trip, details will be emailed to all ticket holders.
