How does it work?
- Create your event and ticket types on QPay
- E-mail clubs_success@quicklypay.it with the code NEW_CLUBS_REBATE_2021, the name of your club or society, and your event URL before the start of your ticket sales
- We will assess and confirm your eligibility within 3 business days
- Receive a cash rebate within 20 business days of your event
How much will I receive in cash rebates?
You will receive a cash rebate of 10% of QPay ticket fees, up to $500, after your event concludes (excludes cash sale and imported tickets).
Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible, you must be a university club or society affiliated to one of the following student organisations:
- University of Queensland Union
- Kwantlen Student Association
- Lincoln University Students’ Association
- Murdoch Student Guild
- Edith Cowan University Student Guild
- To be eligible, your club or society must not have created an event on QPay in 2021 or 2022
- Eligible events must be created on QPay between 16/09/2021 12.00am (AEST) and 31/03/2022 11.59pm (AEDT)
- Eligible events must take place between 20/09/2021 12.00am (AEST) and 30/04/2022 11.59pm (AEST)
- Eligible events must be full-fee events and not subject to any other offers, discounts, or sponsorships from QPay
- Only tickets sold through QPay which incur a QPay payment processing fee are included in this promotion
- This offer is limited to the first 10 clubs or societies per union who meet all eligibility and participation requirements
- This offer is limited to one event per club or society
- To participate in this offer, you must e-mail clubs_success@quicklypay.it from the e-mail address linked to your QPay account with the code NEW_CLUBS_REBATE_2021, the name of your club or society, and your event URL before you start your ticket sales on QPay
- QPay reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer at our own discretion
- QPay may at our discretion decline or revoke your participation in this offer
