1 Transaction volume from sales of Memberships, Merchandise and Event Ticketing, all combined (excluding cash transactions) on a rolling 12 months basis
2 Applicable for all sales on QPay, including but not limited to Event Ticketing, Memberships, and Merchandise. For event ticketing, fees are based on the pricing tier that your club is on when your event is created

4 Ticket transfers refer to the transfer of tickets from one person to another facilitated by the event organiser through the QPay Clubs portal
5 Purchases are subject to service fees, that vary based on factors such as basket size to help cover the costs related to your order
