How does it work?
- Create your ball, dinner, or gala on QPay
- E-mail clubs_success@quicklypay.it with the code NZ_BALL_2021 and your event URL before the start of your ticket sales (limited to the first 30 eligible events!)
- We will assess and confirm your eligibility within 3 business days
- Receive a cash rebate within 20 business days of your event
How much will I receive in cash rebates?
You will receive a cash rebate after your ball, dinner, or gala concludes, based on the total value of tickets sold through QPay (excludes cash sales and imported tickets)
- $100 rebate for total sales between $10,000 to $39,999
- $300 rebate for total sales between $40,000 to $69,999
- $600 rebate for total sales between $70,000 to $109,999
- $1,000 rebate for total sales between $110,000 and $199,999
- $2,000 rebate for total sales over $200,000
Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand university club or society organising an eligible ball, dinner, or gala event and generate at least $10,000 in ticket sales from your ball, dinner, or gala. Cash sales and imported tickets are excluded from this total
- Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must be created on QPay between 10/08/2021 12.00am (NZST) and 30/11/2021 11.59pm (NZDT)
- Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must take place between 01/09/2021 12.00am (NZST) and 31/12/2021 11.59pm (NZDT)
- Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must be full-fee events and not subject to any other offers, discounts, or sponsorships from QPay
- This offer is limited to the first 30 clubs or societies that meet all eligibility and participation requirements
- This offer is limited to one event per club or society
- To participate in this offer, you must e-mail clubs_success@quicklypay.it from the e-mail address linked to your QPay account with the code NZ_BALL_2021 before you start your ticket sales on QPay
- QPay reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer at our own discretion
