What do my clubs & societies need to do?

1. Create an account on QPay (just need an email + password, that’s it)
2. Create any kind of event that will run before December 31, 2022.
3. Hit save & publish to make the event live.
4. Promote the event & tag us on Instagram(@getqpay)  – we’d love to celebrate and support you!
5. Congrats, you’ve just contributed $50 towards your campus’ event grant fund!
   

How can my students get access to this event grant? Simple!

1. For this to be effective, we recommend promoting this event grant to all students on your website/social accounts so that all students can be informed of this offering.
2. All students need to do is get in touch with a club/ society they are interested in and ask for the ‘QPay Secret Code’ for events created on QPay
3. With the secret code, they’re now all set to score special tickets at special (free or discounted) prices

Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible, you must be an Australian university club or society organising an eligible event (e.g. ball, gala, off-campus or campus ticketed event) and generate revenue in ticket sales. Cash sales and imported tickets are excluded from this total
• Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must be created on QPay between 28/06/2022 12.00am (AEST) and 31/07/2021 11.59pm (AEDT)
• Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must take place between 01/07/2022 12.00am (AEST) and 31/12/2022 11.59pm (AEDT)
• Eligible balls, dinners, or galas must be full-fee events and not subject to any other offers, discounts, or sponsorships from QPay
• This offer is limited to NEW clubs or societies on QPay that meet all eligibility and participation requirements
• This offer is limited to one event per club or society
• To participate in this offer, you must e-mail clubs_success@getqpay.com from the e-mail address linked to your QPay account with the code AU_BALL_2021 before you start your ticket sales on QPay
• QPay reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer at our own discretion
• QPay may at our discretion decline or revoke your participation in this offer
